Subprocessors
Effective October 6, 2026. Last updated October 6, 2026.
These are the third-party services that process customer personal data when Quill Hound provides Quill Hound Voice. The list comes from the services the app actually calls. We notify workspace admins at least 30 days before adding or replacing one (see the DPA). See also our Privacy Policy.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting the web app and API (Cloudflare Workers), TLS, request routing and operational logs. | Every request to voice.quillhound.com: IP address, browser user agent, request contents in transit. | United States; served from Cloudflare's global edge network |
| Supabase, Inc. | Database, sign-in (authentication) and file storage (greetings, workspace logos). Also sends password-reset emails. | Account, call, text, contact, transcript and settings records; uploaded greetings and logos. | United States (hosted on Amazon Web Services) |
| Twilio Inc. | Phone numbers, calling, texting, call recordings and voicemail audio, caller-name lookup. | Phone numbers, call audio and recordings, text message content, caller ID. | United States |
| OpenAI, L.L.C. (API) | Transcribing recorded calls and voicemails; writing summaries, action items, case notes and draft follow-ups. | Call and voicemail audio, transcripts, and the contact's recent call/text history used as context. | United States |
Other services
These are not subprocessors of customer data, but the app interacts with them:
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): Delivers the Inter typeface. Your browser requests the font file from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details as with any web request. No customer data is sent.
- Salesforce and Bullhorn: Only when a workspace admin connects one. Calls, summaries, tasks and contact details are written to, and read from, the customer's own CRM account under the customer's contract with that vendor. The customer chooses this integration; these vendors are not our subprocessors.
- Quill Calls (Quill Hound): Only when a customer links its Quill Calls account. To show which marketing source led to a call, the caller's phone number, call time and your workspace id are looked up in Quill Calls, which is operated by Quill Hound.
- Generic webhook: Only when a workspace admin configures one: call and contact events are sent to the URL the customer chooses.
No analytics, advertising or tracking services are used. No payment processor is used (billing is by invoice; there is no online checkout), and no email-sending service is used beyond the password-reset emails Supabase sends. Questions: jglass@quillhound.com.
