Accessibility
Effective October 6, 2026. Last updated October 6, 2026.
Quill Hound wants Quill Hound Voice to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Pages declare their language, use one main heading and ordered headings, and offer a "Skip to content" link.
- Form fields have labels, buttons have names, and images have text alternatives or are marked decorative.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline; dialogs trap and return focus.
- The app follows your system's light/dark setting and reduced-motion preference.
- Our public pages are checked with the automated axe accessibility engine as part of our test suite.
Known limitations
- Call recordings play without a synchronized caption track; the written transcript is shown alongside each transcribed recording instead.
- Some charts in Reports convey trends visually; the same numbers are available in the spreadsheet export.
- Automated checks don't catch everything. We have not yet completed a full manual audit with assistive-technology users.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email jglass@quillhound.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and, where we can, offer the information another way while we fix it.
We do not use accessibility overlay widgets.
